Under the leadership of Owner and Principal Henry Quintero, the brokerage is being rebuilt with intention. Every system, every space and every conversation is designed around one purpose. Each year, agents should become more productive, more profitable and closer to the future they want.
Henry brings a track record of consistent growth. Over his career he has sat in more than 4,000 appointments and hired more than 1,200 agents. As Team Leader of KW North Atlanta, he led the #1 Keller Williams office in the USA and the world in profitability in 2024 and 2025, and a top 3 office in attraction for both years.
"Those numbers were never the goal," Henry says. "They were the result of honest conversations, consistent habits and a commitment to putting people first. That is what we are building here."
